SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Everything is shipped from my home in Colorado. We do have a dog, however she is hypoallergenic and does not spend time in my craft room.

All items will be sent via UPS Priority Mail within a week of order unless you place a custom order, in which case we will discuss a timeline via email. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 If you receive an object and it is not as you hoped, please let me know and I will do my best to make it right. Please contact me with your order number at hello@artisanalink.com within 10 days of receiving the package.

Items must be returned in the original condition they were received, along with any tags or packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

I will gladly accept returns on objects in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you would like to return an object, contact me with your order number at hello@artisanalink.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include the original receipt with your return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Warranty

Things happen! The majority of my products are handmade and I work really hard to ensure they are high quality and long lasting, but sometimes things happen. I stand behind my products and I want you to always have positive experiences with the things you buy. For this reason, I have a one year warranty on all my products! If anything breaks or falls apart within a year, I will happily fix it or replace it for you. Just send me an email with your order number and some photos!

Note - because most of my products are one-offs, if you require a replacement it will likely not be identical to the one you have now, but it will be just as good :)
